Am I Eligible for NDIS Services?

To access our NDIS services, begin by checking your eligibility for NDIS funding by visiting the NDIS website. Once eligibility is confirmed, you can create your NDIS plan with the assistance of a planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC). After your plan is developed, contact Moonlight Care to discuss your specific needs and how we can support you through the NDIS.
